When he opened his first-year property law casebook and read the first case, he knew right then that he had made the right decision to study law and become a lawyer. He still has that same feeling of excitement whenever he sits down to draw pleadings or write a legal opinion for a client. He just finds the intellectual side of the law deeply satisfying, a thinking profession, not just a doing job. He also loves the creativity involved with handling virtually every case or matter. Add to that a chance to help clients solve very difficult problems and to argue before the Court, and he often has to pinch himself to be convinced it is real.
Broline is an associate at the Firm. His practice focuses on employment law, conveyancing, intellectual property, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in perfection of securities, various land dispositions and property development such as change of user, subdivision, amalgamation and extension of leases.
